Phew. As an artist who is still navigating what is sustainability, who napped for most of the day and was riddled with guilt for doing so, who had to talk myself into succumbing to winter and hibernation, this feels more like a warning tale. Thank you.

Good for RiRi. Usually, the music industry uses the artist to the bitter end. She used the industry to achieve her own ends.

“Music was the thing that got the attention, but God had other plans for me," Rihanna told an audience while speaking at the event. “And I was able to create in ways that were very sincere and genuine, or organic and authentic to the things that I love."

They didn’t see that coming!

‘We cannot be voyeurs without becoming what we observe.’

In perennial observation, we pretty much may become nothing as we become pulverized by a myriad of prisms of the observable.

All that’s left is the vacuum that dredges up particles which we try to will into a mosaic that may exert some meaning on existence.
